I’m reading this incredible book at the moment, called The Diet Delusion. I’m not going to tell you anything about it, but I would urge you if you are concerned about healthy eating, about your weight, or about the cardiovascular health of yourself and your family, to buy this book. It’s huge, it’s very scientific, and it couldn’t be described as light reading, but it is unputdownable. And shocking. And very, very remarkable.
