We’ve got an early preview for you this week! I hope it brings a bright spot to your day.

The cover shot is Bronwyn Sock, It Was One Of Those March Days.

Almost all the names this week were your suggestions, so do keep them coming! There’s still 10 days left in our February naming competition…….

It’s time for your Tuesday Temptation, with 20% off everything in the shop!

One of my favourites from this week is included: Ophelia Sock, What A Year This Week Has Been. Love the name, love the colour combination!

This week’s preview is now live, and we’ve got a wonderful new base for you! Hazel Sock is a high twist merino, not superwash. It has a slightly crisper handle than the superwash bases, but it’s still very soft. It will give lovely stitch definition, especially in twisted stitch or cable patterns. The majority of our sock weight bases are superwash, but some knitters do prefer the more traditional untreated yarns (and they do block slightly better than superwash ones do). I think you’re going to love this one. Here’s the full details:

Hazel Sock

A sock weight yarn, made from high twist 20.5 micron non-superwash merino. 440 yards (400m) per 100g. £14.40 (including VAT), £12.00 (excluding VAT) per 100g skein.
